Shipping Policy

Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Shipping cost
Shipping is free on every order.

Processing time
Orders are usually processed within 2–3 business days. During busy periods, processing may take a little longer.

Delivery time
Our products ship from our international fulfillment warehouse. Once your order has shipped, delivery to the United States usually takes 8–15 business days. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, weather or high demand.

Order tracking
Every order includes a tracking number. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking link. You can also check your order status on our Track Order page.

Order cancellation
You can cancel your order before it is on its way. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. To cancel, email support@revofur.com with your order number.

Lost or delayed packages
If your order has not arrived within 30 days of shipping, please contact us at support@revofur.com and we will help you.

Incorrect address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
